Each screened applicant is emailed to you through your own free Resend account. On the free plan (no custom domain) Resend delivers to the email you signed up with.

On Resend's free plan this must be the email you used to sign up for Resend. Verify a domain in Resend to send to any address.

Create a free key at resend.com → API Keys. Free plan covers 3,000 emails/month.

Where should the shortlist go?

Leave blank to use the free keyword scoring. Add an Anthropic (Claude) API key and each candidate is judged by Claude against your must-haves, with a written verdict.
