Frequently asked questions
Everything about buying and using AI agents on AgentDukaan. Still stuck? See the Help Center.
What is AgentDukaan?
AgentDukaan is India’s first AI agent marketplace. You can subscribe to a hosted AI agent, buy the full source code, or hire a verified provider to set one up — and every agent is built for Indian tools like WhatsApp, Tally, UPI, GST and IndiaMART.
What are the three ways to buy an agent?
Hosted subscription — run an agent in under 10 minutes with no server or code, billed monthly. Source-code license — buy the full TypeScript codebase to self-host and customise. Done-for-you (DFY) — hire a verified provider to configure and deploy an agent for your business.
How much do agents cost?
Hosted agents are typically ₹999–₹4,999 per month. Source-code licenses are a one-time ₹14,999–₹59,999. Done-for-you setup projects range from ₹8,000 to ₹35,000 depending on scope. Exact pricing is shown on each listing.
How quickly can I start using a hosted agent?
Most hosted agents run in under 10 minutes. You subscribe, complete a short guided setup, and connect your channel — no server to manage and no code to write.
Which Indian tools and integrations are supported?
Agents integrate with India-specific services including WhatsApp Business API, Tally, UPI, IndiaMART, GST, Naukri, Razorpay, Zoho, Instagram, Telegram, JustDial, LinkedIn and YouTube. Each listing states the integrations it supports.
Which languages do agents support?
Agents and done-for-you providers support Hindi, English, Hinglish, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada.
Do I need technical skills?
No for hosted agents and done-for-you setups — both are designed for non-technical business owners. A source-code license is meant for developers who want to self-host and customise the agent.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Buyer configuration data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM. You can review how data is handled in our Privacy Policy.
How does payment protection work for done-for-you orders?
Done-for-you payments are held in escrow until you accept delivery. If you take no action, funds auto-release to the provider after 7 days.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?
Refunds and cancellations follow our published Refund & Cancellation policy. Hosted subscriptions can be cancelled, and disputes can be raised through our grievance redressal process.
How do sellers get paid?
Sellers complete KYC before payouts. AgentDukaan charges a platform commission on transactions — 30% standard, and 20% for founding sellers.
Which channels can agents work over?
Agents support Telegram and WhatsApp, and many also offer a built-in browser chat so you can use them without any token setup.
